Organizational Diagnosis
We typically begin with an in-depth organizational diagnosis that we review with
the leadership of the organization. The diagnosis is based on one-on-one interviews,
surveys, focus groups, and/or small group discussions, augmented by any other relevant
diagnostic data the client already has. Working in partnership with the client,
this diagnosis guides the development, sequence, and pace of initiatives.

Integrated Change Plan
We build a partnership with the client organization’s leadership and staff to develop
an integrated approach that fits the client’s specific needs, unique history, and
the condition of the enterprise. A key to success at this level is linking the right
initiatives in the right order.

Deliverables
Once an engagement begins, we work collaboratively with the client to define clear
business outcomes and performance parameters. We perpetually deliver on time and
also hand-hold the execution.
