Our Founder and CEO
Dr. G. Rajkumar – mostly known as Dr. Raj – has distinguished himself in the areas of teaching, consulting and corporate leadership roles in India and elsewhere in the world over the last two and half decades. Besides mentoring the HR Footprints team, he acts as an advisor and executive coach to several top leaders and promoters. He interacts with students of management in global business schools as an adjunct/visiting faculty.
Before foraying into consulting, Dr. G. Raj held positions such as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, Alembic Group, Vadodara; General Manager – Learning & Organization Development, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. and Learning & Development Manager – Corporate HR, Infosys Technologies Ltd.
In his academics, Dr. Raj is a Gold Medalist in B.A. from Andhra University, India in 1984 and a First Rank holder in M.Sc. (OR& SQC) from Sri Venkateswara University, India in 1986, Being a continuous learner, he continued his academic pursuit and was awarded a Doctoral degree in Operations Research in 2001.
Dr. G. Rajkumar is the recipient of several awards and honors including “Super Achiever Award” by Indira Group and Center for Change Management in 2004 and Indira Gandhi Memorial National Award for Excellent Manager in 1999.
Scientific Methods Inc., USA has certified Dr raj as an instructor (directly coached by Dr. Robert Blake) to conduct Managerial Grid Leadership Seminars. He is a certified “Appreciative Coach” from Fielding University, USA. Dr. Raj has authored several papers and cases on Leadership and HR.

He specializes in helping aspiring family managed businesses grow thru’ people interventions. He leverages his understanding of the business operations of various industries to deliver the expected results from an HR partner.
A founding member at HR Footprints Management Services and current heads its HR Services (HR Process Outsourcing, HR & OD Consulting & Advisory) and Recruitment business divisions. He specializes in organization design, setting up HR systems & processes, HR audits, performance management systems, comp & ben, employee surveys and developing competency frameworks and conducting assessment / development centres. He had conducted competency assessments for over 1200 participants across levels (junior, middle and senior) over the last 13 years.
