We have successfully completed a workshop on “Leading for Collaboration” in virtual teams. This workshop was for a top leadership team at one of our IT clients. It was a highly energized session packed with activities, group discussions and self reflections.
In today’s working environment most of the operations are taken place virtually. Hence, there is an increasing need for the organizations to orient the leaders towards leading for collaboration and trust within the virtual teams.
There was a high level of satisfaction among the participants at the end of the workshop. On the other hand, it gave us immense satisfaction. Our client was very happy with the results thereafter.
